As I mentioned above baking on the paleo diet isn’t easy and it’s likely things may not turn out as well as you expect them to. If you follow my recipes you should get decent results but things may vary depending on the ingredient quality, process you use and more.
There is probably one ingredient that you will use a lot whilst doing some paleo baking and that ingredient is almond flour. This can end up being costly as almond flour isn’t usually that cheap. However, you’re able to find it for a bit cheaper over at the thrive market.

If you’re finding it hard to shop on the paleo diet, then I recommend making a list. I have a downloadable paleo shopping list that is extremely handy when it comes to going shopping. You can print this off and add to anything else to it if there is something missing.
