This tasty paleo sweet and sour chicken is a delicious dish that goes great with some cauliflower rice or on its own.
With this recipe, I coat the chicken so that it will be nice and crispy. However, this makes it quite time consuming and is slightly less healthy. You can easily skip the coating of the chicken if you want a healthier and easier dish. I use tapioca flour that’s paleo friendly to coat the chicken in.
As I mentioned above you can make some delicious sides to go with this tasty chicken dish. Making cauliflower rice is extremely easy and it tastes so good. You can even find it at for sale at some supermarkets, perfect if you find yourself very limited in time.
Make sure to keep any leftovers of this dish as they will reheat nicely the next day. It’s important to keep them covered in the fridge or freezer until needed. It should last roughly 3 days in the fridge after cooking.
